Hello! Hej! Grüezi!

We are predominantly based in the Digital Humanities Lab at the University of Basel, and our research uses big data, machine learning, and XAI, paired with Social Science theory to understand complex societal problems. Topics include climate change, happiness, cooperation, education, AI in society, and many more! We are an interdisciplinary group with an interest in integrating statistical and data science methods. We come from different social science backgrounds: Psychology, Political Science, and Economics. Please feel free to reach out if you are interested in collaborating!
